Lessons start at 6pm for 1 hour. Warm up for 10-15 mins. Please bring a drink with you.
Grading
moving to a different belt
Grading to a different coloured belt is always an enjoyable achievement in Karate. It is a visual reminder of your progression. Gradings are done by the instructor and not by an external examiner. I follow a set syllabus which you can view on the website if you are a member. You will only be put forward to grade if you are ready. We’ve normally grade twice a year. You have to earn each level by attending regular and training your best.
